Chef’s Long Table Lunch – February
The South West’s premier charity food and wine event, The Chefs Long Table Lunch is Bunbury’s annual food and wine extravaganza. More than 500 people enjoy a stunning afternoon of exquisite South West produce, delicious local wine, fabulous entertainment, and an exciting auction overlooking Leschenault Inlet. Tickets include an eight-course banquet designed by WA leading chefs, under the guidance of WA Food Ambassador Don Hancey.
Harvey Harvest Festival – March
Annual event celebrating all things Harvey – Food, Wine, Local Produce, Entertainment and more.Local produce will be transformed in true paddock to plate style cooking demonstrations, with many of Harvey’s iconic brands – Harvey Cheese, Harvey Fresh, Harvey Beef and many more. Donnybrook Apple Festival – March/April
Celebrate apple harvest with produce displays, fruit stalls, log chops, face painting, pony rides, agricultural and machinery displays, wine tastings, free children’s activities, live music, animal exhibits, street parade, Sideshow Alley, market stalls and a spectacular Fireworks display.

Geographe Wine Show – September
The Geographe Wine Show is Western Australia’s leading alternative wine show. First held in 2002, the show has become a prestigious annual opportunity for local wine producers to benchmark against the industry. The event culminates in a celebratory Gala Dinner with a three-course meal, a tasting of all entered wines and entertainment.
As part of the Geographe Wine Show, expand your taste buds at a Wine Masterclass. You’ll get to sip lots of fabulous wine and receive a free Plumm wine glass for your troubles – what’s not to love!
Great Tempranillo Tasting – September
St Aidan Wines in the beautiful Ferguson Valley host an annual Great Tempranillo Tasting. Compare and contrast 18 top Tempranillos from across the world – six from the Geographe region, six from the rest of Australia and six from its origin – Spain. Blind taste and see what you discover. Finish the day off with a sumptuous Spanish Tapas lunch.
Bakkheia’s Annual GSM Masterclass – October
Join Bakkheia at their winery near Lowden to learn how to blend Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvedre from their latest vintage. Tickets also include awesome Bakkheia Wines ‘tucker’ and hours of entertainment.
Golden Valley Tree Park Spring Picnic – October
Take in the amazing botanical scenery at one of Australia’s best parks while sipping glasses of local wine and listening to tunes at the annual Golden Valley Spring Picnic. As always, fairytale-element is diverse, featuring live music, maypole dancing, pony rides, tug-o-war and a spectacular, crackling bonfire to finish off the night. You can BYO your own picnic or BBQ supplies, but we suggest you sample fabulous produce and wine at the local stalls. Dress code – find your inner hippie.

Food and wine lovers, spend the day at the Donnybrook Food & Wine Festival. Taste award-winning wines and then pad the stomach with the best Donnybrook produce so you don’t get too wine-sloshed.
