Carlaminda Wines is situated in the heart of the Ferguson Valley, approximately nine kilometres from Dardanup. The vineyard was planted in 1994 in the middle of one of the most beautiful areas in the South West of Western Australia. With rolling hills, grazing cattle, little streams meandering through magnificent native bush and forests, waterfalls, spectacular views of the Indian Ocean stretching from Cape Naturaliste to Bunbury, Carlaminda is not to be missed.

The Carlaminda Bistro specialises in authentic French country cuisine with an excellent array of wines made entirely on the estate. The setting is casual and comfortable looking out over the tranquil Ferguson Valley. The menu features classics ranging from onion soup to salade nicoise, from daube de boeuf aux olives to salmon à l’alsacienne. There are freshly baked baguettes on the table. The desserts range from mousse au chocolat to sorbets or crème brûlée. Bon appétit!

Carlaminda Wines are open for wine tastings from Wednesday to Sunday 11am to 4pm and for lunches on Saturday and Sunday or for groups by appointment.
